Where supported, customers may choose installment payment options such as Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, and Afterpay or Clearpay. Approval and repayment terms are determined solely by the respective provider.

Prepaid Cards and Gift Cards
Online-enabled prepaid cards are accepted. Only official Thenewconfident gift cards may be redeemed on our website.

Payment Methods Not Accepted
We do not accept Cash on Delivery, checks, money orders, direct bank transfers unless specifically stated, cryptocurrency, or gift cards issued by third-party retailers.


2. Transaction Currency

All purchases are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply conversion or international transaction fees, which are not controlled by us.


3. Payment Authorization and Verification

To maintain a secure shopping environment, orders may be subject to verification procedures. These may include temporary authorization holds, address verification checks, automated fraud screening, or additional identity confirmation when necessary.

Orders that cannot be successfully verified may be delayed or canceled for security reasons.


4. Payment Timing

Payments are charged immediately at the time of checkout. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders cannot be shipped without completed and verified payment.


5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please review your information, try an alternative payment method, or contact your bank for assistance. Orders are not reserved until payment is successfully completed.

Thenewconfident employs multiple security measures to protect customers, including SSL encryption, PCI-DSS–compliant payment processors, tokenized payment handling, and both automated and manual fraud monitoring. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers.


7. Taxes and Additional Fees

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We do not charge hidden or extra fees. However, your bank or card issuer may apply fees such as currency conversion charges or international transaction fees.


8. Refund Processing

Refunds are handled according to our Return Policy and are issued only to the original payment method. After a returned item is received, inspection typically takes 1–2 business days. Once approved, refunds are initiated the same day, with bank processing taking an additional 1–2 business days. The total refund timeframe is usually up to 5 business days.

If a refund does not appear after 7 business days, please contact your bank or email support@thenewconfident.com. If the original card has expired, your bank will route the refund to your updated account.


9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you notice an issue with a charge, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, or loss of purchasing privileges. We provide complete documentation to payment processors when resolving disputes.


10. Updating Payment Details

Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If an update is needed, you may request cancellation if the order has not entered processing, then place a new order using the correct payment information.
